Course description:
Electrical and Electronics
Engineering is a dynamic field primarily deals with the study and application
of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. It is one of the fast-growing
engineering disciplines having a great impact on today’s modern technology. It
is an exciting subject which provides both theoretical and experimental
knowledge for the students. Studying EEE makes one practically apply his or her
knowledge to the advancements of its avenues and also it makes the students
versatile and adaptable to any technical environment.
Job opportunities:
Graduates in Electrical and
Electronics Engineering have opportunities in Government and private companies
for installation, operation and maintenance of both electrical and electronics
equipments and systems. Defence, Space, Radar, Navigation, Power Generation,
Lights and Wiring in Building Complexes and other research organizations employ
EEE engineers in design and development of complex devices and systems for
signal processing and telecommunication. Industries involved in design and
fabrication of devices, integrated circuits, embedded systems, electronic
equipments etc have also provide large scale placements for engineers with this
specialization. Installation and maintenance of equipments used for health care
in hospitals, equipments and systems for instrumentation and control in process
industries automation systems of assembly line in production industries, etc
are also handled by EEE engineers.
